Are you frustrated because you have acne? Most people are fed up with acne, when they have it.  Acne prevents you from being most active with friends, co-workers, or business acquaintances. This is a condition that can have a big impact on how and when you interact with others. However, not matter whether you lose your confidence, feel ashamed to show your face, or have few friends, there is something you can do about your acne, but it is not easy.

Acne is more than a blemish issue.  It's not about a skin rebellion. Its goes much deeper. There are some people that can get rid of acne easily.  Then, there might be you that have been trying to eliminate your acne for years.  And, it doesn’t want to go away. So what can you do?

There are many books on acne, and they all have the same theme: do internal cleansing, eat  nutritious foods, balance your hormones, use the right facial products, get rid of parasites, and do frequent facial cleansing.  These are all get ideas and you need to do them and these books give you great instruction. But there is one more area that many books do not cover in great detail – reduce your stress.


Having a nutritious diet and reducing your stress, have the greatest impact on what kind of health you have. The right food keeps your follicles working and producing only the sebum your skin needs. Stress balances your hormones and your liver, which prevent excess sebum from building up in your follicles.

Keeping a good diet and keeping stress at a low level are not easy. This is why so many people have acne.  They have not discovered the secret to maintaining and controlling these factors. How Heart Disease Works

Heart disease is the leading cause of death in the U.S. At some point in your life, either you or one of your loved ones will be forced to make decisions about some aspect of heart disease. Knowing something about the anatomy and functioning of the heart, in particular how angina and heart attacks work, will enable you to make informed decisions about your health.

Heart disease can strike suddenly and require you to make decisions quickly. Being informed prior to an emergency is a valuable asset to you and your family.

In this article we will discuss various heart diseases and how they can lead to a heart attack, or even a stroke. We will also look at how heart attacks are treated and what you should do to prevent heart disease. 
Perhaps one of the most active minerals in your body is calcium, which requires vitamin D to be absorbed into your blood stream.  Close to 90% of the USA population is deficient in vitamin D.  This means that they are also deficient in Calcium.  That is why so many people have diseases - liver, kidney, heart, joint, respiratory, bone, nerve, nutritional - that are related to the lack of calcium.

So why do so many people lack vitamin D?  Vitamin D is not found in very many foods and when it is in low quantities.  You should get most of the vitamin D your body needs from the Sun.  But you can also get it from supplements and some foods that are fortified with vitamin D

When the sun’s UV light hits your skin, fatty acids or cholesterol in your skin create vitamin D and Inositol triphosphate, INSP-3.  In 5 to 10 minute skin exposure to the sun, 20,000 units of vitamin D are created.  This vitamin D finds it way into your intestinal wall where it assists calcium to move through its walls and into your blood stream.  No matter how much calcium food you eat or calcium supplements you take, your will not absorb the calcium your body needs without a large supply of vitamin D.

Breast cancer is a major health concern and you need to know if you have breast cancer symptoms or signs. Women including men have breast cancer as I wrote in my last newsletter. According to the recent survey worldwide, breast cancer is the second most common type of cancer after lung cancer and the fifth most common cause of cancer death in the world.

Breast cancer is by far the most common cancer among women. The number of cases worldwide has significantly increased since the 1970s, a phenomenon partly blamed on the way that we eat and the pollution that exists in the water, air, and food. The other big factor in cancer is the thoughts that we have. Toxins and chemical pollution cause acid and free radicals in our body and so do negative thoughts. It is these acids and free radicals that change your body’s pH and that depletes the oxygen in your cells allowing cancer to form freely and to multiple. To protect yourself against cancer, you need to know the signs of breast cancer so you can take action against it right away and to learn good nutritional habits.

Due to the high incidence of breast cancer among older women, screening is now recommended in many countries. Recommended screening methods include breast self-examination and mammogram. This test has been estimated to reduce breast cancer-related mortality by 20-30%. Routine and annual mammography of women older than age 40 or 50 is recommended.

Mammograms do not detect all possible cancer tissue. They can detect micro calcification of calcium, which might indicate the presents of cancer. Calcium can deposit in tissue and this is caused by an acid body. To stay in solution, calcium must have enough sodium in the surrounding liquid. In an alkaline body, there is plenty of sodium to keep calcium in solution, but in an acid body, calcium will precipitate out and form crystals.

Early signs and symptoms of breast cancer are usually not painful. This may be the reason why most women don’t know they have breast cancer until after several breast cancer signs and symptoms start to appear. You should see your health care provider, if you notice the following: · Lump in the armpit or above the collarbone that does not go away in two weeks or so. Although most breast lumps are not cancerous, it always best to check them out

· Breast discharge is a common problem and is rarely a symptom of cancer, but if it is from only one breast or if it is bloody, then check with your doctor

· Nipple inversion is a common in normal nipples, but nipple inversion that has developed recently can be of concern

· Changes in the breast skin including redness, changes in texture, and puckering. These changes are usually caused by skin diseases but occasionally can be associated with breast cancer.

Breast cancer is a condition where you lack oxygen in your cells and when you have an acid body. To prevent cancer from forming, you need to learn how to make your body more alkaline. In my new nutrition course, I concentrate on how you can make your body more alkaline. An alkaline body not only stops cancer but also stops and prevents most diseases from forming in your body. Most everyone knows that before drugs existed, most healing was done with herbs and misguided medical theories. Herbs and food were the medicine of past times. In a natural nutrition book, I recently read this quote, “If doctors don’t learn nutrition, nutritionists will become doctors.” This quote shows the importance of nutrition and the power it has to prevent or eliminate illness.

If you are sick or have certain body conditions that are creating pain, then you need to consider learning enough nutrition to help yourself eliminate that sickness or pain. Learning some the basic principles of nutrition is not hard. It just takes a little effort in finding the right nutritional course that teaches practical ways of applying nutrition.

Most illnesses and resulting deaths occur because of inflammation. Inflammation occurs at the beginning of a disease and it is just a slight irritation that you might feel. Many times you just ignore this irritation, which then turns into a slight inflammation. As the inflammation feeds on itself it gets bigger and bigger eventually causing a disease that a doctor can detect. Once a doctor can detect a disease, it is well established in your body.

The cosmetic industry has been pulling the wool over your eyes as their cosmetics continue to have ingredients that are harmful and even deadly to human health. But they have no shame since they continue to add these ingredients to their cosmetics because they make the product smell better, flow nicer, cost less, dilute easy, easy to obtain, and fool you that they work.

These ingredients contaminate all forms of personal care products, such as soaps, facial creams, lotions, shampoos, conditioners, hair gels, and toothpaste. If you can not eat these products, than you should not be using them. Every time you put cosmetics and their ingredients onto your skin, they are suck into your blood and immediately go to your liver just as if you had chewed them and swallowed.

Does the cosmetic industry care about how harmful these ingredients are? Not really. They have been using these ingredients since these ingredients were discovered and found useful for their products. Of course, they do testing to make sure there are no major side effects on the skin or scalp, but a lot of the side effects don't show up quickly, since side effects would be related to diseases, which takes awhile to develop. And when these diseases develop, they are no longer related to the skin products used.

You gotta love your liver. It’s the chief organ responsible for allowing you to “toss a few back” and enjoy your wine buzz without getting sick. It also protects you from many toxins. Unfortunately, it’s not invincible. When the liver is bombarded with too many toxins, it gets hard and stops working.

Cirrhosis of the liver is one of the 10 leading causes of death in the U.S…. and it goes virtually unnoticed. So does its simple cure… which you can find on the shelf at your local drugstore: milk thistle.

Milk thistle - which has many anti-aging properties - is in the daisy family. It is able to bind to the squishy membrane of our cells and form a protective “shield” from such things as alcohol, environmental pollutants, poisonous mushrooms, and prescription drugs.

Research published in the scientific journal Hepatology Research indicates that milk thistle can be used successfully to treat not only cirrhosis but also hepatitis (liver inflammation and dysfunction) caused by viral infection and excess alcohol consumption.

In addition to protecting us, milk thistle can also serve as a “biological janitor.” Regular use prevents the depletion of our chief detoxifier, glutathione! Glutathione attaches to and escorts toxins out of the body and into the toilet. Without this clean-up mechanism, we would succumb to the myriad of environmental toxins that exist.

Antioxidants are an amazing arthritis relief treatment, since they are readily available, low in cost, and quite effective. Most people are always looking for that magic bullet to cure arthritis and over look the amazing antioxidants. Antioxidants are effective in many inflammatory conditions such as bursitis, sprains, and rheumatoid arthritis. But they must be used consistently.

In his book, Pain Free, 1995, Luke Bucci, Ph.D. recounts,

“After taking four grams of vitamin C daily for several months, Dr. J. Greenwood reported that he had ‘cured his lower-back pain.’ He started recommending that his patients with degenerative–joint disease take daily oral does of one-to-four grams of vitamin C. Most patients got relief from their symptoms.”

Vitamin C is in a class of well known antioxidants. The basic class of these antioxidants is vitamin A, C, E, and selenium. You may also be familiar with these other antioxidants, glutathione, glutathione, coenzyme Q10, SOD, catalase, methionine, lipoic acid, and flavoniods. All of these antioxidants are powerful agents and you should be using them in your diet even though you may not have arthritis.

So what makes these antioxidants so amazing for arthritis relief? Arthritis is a painful inflammatory disease. This is why people use Anacin, Buffrin, and Ibuprofen and even more powerful pain killers to block this pain. But, antioxidants are not pain killers, yet they work as a treatment for arthritis.
